T.A. Property Management Inc. has put together a package of forms and documents that will serve and protect our clients throughout the entire process of apartment renting and property management. Our tenancy agreement, rental application, guarantee form, assignment/sublet agreement and inspection report are all legally registered documents and are copyright of the London Property Management Association. We also have included a wide range of forms on company letterhead to provide our clients with peace of mind as we move forward with our business relationship. These forms include both property rental and management agreements, a schedule "A", a damage deposit form, a tenant contact sheet, a tenant to-do list and a unit walkthrough report.

The entire package has been created from years of experience on all sides of property management business. We know exactly what needs to be done and how to do it. T.A. Credit Report Check
TA Property Management will carry out credit checks on all tenants as part of the peace of mind we offer to our Landlords. The company we use, Rent Check Credit Bureau can be found here.

Contact Sheet
This form is for you to fill out prior to your first showing in order to provide us with as much information as you can about yourself and what you're looking for.

Rental Application
This LPMA document is for you to fill out when you have made your final decision and have picked your new place to live.

Schedule "A"
This form is for you to review and sign along with the tenancy agreement.

Incoming Inspection Report
This LPMA document is filled out during the move-in and move-out inspections of the rental unit. It states who is responsible for any damages that occur in the rental unit and is signed by the tenant(s) and the landlord.

Assignment Agreement
This LPMA document is used when a tenant has a new person take over his/her lease and wants to be removed from all rights and responsibilities of said lease.

Property Rental Agreement
This form is for landlords/property owners only. It is an agreement between the landlord and T.A. Property Management for the rental of property(s).

Unit Walkthrough Report
This form is filled out during the initial inspection of a new apartment or house by the owner of the property

Tenant To-Do List
This document outlines everything you need to do prior to your lease start date.

Tenancy Agreement
This LPMA document is your new rental lease. Every tenant is responsible for reviewing the entire document before signing it.

Guarantee
This LPMA document is the form the tenant's parent or guardian signs guaranteeing the tenant's rent payments and standard of living.

Incoming Inspection Report Deposit Form
This form is signed by each tenant and the landlord.

Sublet Agreement
This LPMA document is used when a tenant has a new person take over his/her lease but wants to keep all the rights and responsibilities of said lease.

Property Management Agreement
This form is for landlords/property owners only. It is an agreement between the landlord and T.A. Property Management that outlines the services and rates agreed upon for the management of rental property(s).
